Each event have similar events but are defined differently from another
A Catastrophe could be a type of disaster causing a lot of damage and costing a lot of money. A natural Hazard on the other hand is a type of danger that poses a threat to homes. Disasters are defined as a sudden event in a short time span that causes a great amount of damage in a particular area.
